- The U.S. Department of the Interior, National Business Center/Govworks, on behalf of the Office of Assistant Secretary of Defense Health Affairs (OASDHA), TRICARE DMLSS, Falls Church, VA intends to make a firm-fixed price, sole source award to ECRI of Plymouth Meeting, PA. OASDHA has a need for 165 licenses for the ECRI code embedded in the DMLSS software program. This announcement is published as a sole source in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. This is NOT a request for competitive quotes. The intent of this Pre-Solicitation Notice is for informational purposes only. However, all information received by 4:30 PM EST 14 November 2005 will be considered by the Government. The anticipated award date is 16 November 2005.
