- Description
- The Huntington District Corps of Engineers intends to procure a contract for mowing, cleaning and selected maintenance Services for Beach City Lake and Bolivar Dam. Approximate time will be calendar year 2006 with four one year option periods. The n ot-to-exceed amount of this contract is $350,000.00. The work consists essentially of mowing, cleaning and selected maintenance services in public use areas of the projects. All responsive proposals will be evaluated utilizing the following factors (A) Past Performance; (B) Management Plan; (C) Equipment and (D) Price. Contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Type, competitively negotiated. Award will be made as a whole to the offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and has b een determined to be the most advantageous to the Government all factors considered. A pre-proposal conference will be held on 30 November 2005 at 1:00p.m. at Bolivar Dam 11614 Glen Park Road, NE, Bolivar, OH 44612. This solicitation will be available f or download on or about 15 November 2005, online at www.lrh.usace.army.mil/CT. This proposed procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
