- The Army Contracting Agency, Capital District Contracting Center (CDCC), intends to issue a solicitation on or about 12 Dec 2005 with an offer due date of 18 Jan 2006, 2:00 PM, for all services, supervision, labor, transportation, equipment, material s and supplies; and all planning, programming, scheduling, administration, and management necessary to meet all the requirements in accordance with all terms, conditions, general and special provisions, specifications, drawings, attachments, and exhibits c ontained herein or incorporated by reference. Requirements are divided into two categories; services to the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) and services to the Directorate of Logistics (DOL). The DPW category consists of the following major functional ar eas: work reception and scheduling, work and subcontractor management, engineering and technical support, material and equipment supply, quality management; environmental management; the operations, maintenance and repair of buildings, structures and groun ds; pest control; refuse collection and disposal, snow and ice control; and Unaccompanied Personal Housing (UPH) operations and furnishings management. The DOL services include: storage and property accountability, logistical and warehouse support, vehicle maintenance and dispatching, and a personal property shipping office. The Contractor shall operate, maintain, and repair all facilities; equipment and grounds identified under the Directorate of Public Works, and operate and support the Personal Property Shipping Office (PPSO), the Transportation Motor Pool (TMP) and perform logistics support identified under the Directorate of Logistics. Included are applicable reports, and maintenance of documents, records and warrantees according to this contract; feder al, state and local regulations, codes and laws; Department of Defense and Department of the Army regulations and manuals; and manufacturers instructions and industry standards at Fort Hamilton, NY. This solicitation will be competed as Total HUB-ZONE SET -ASIDE. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract, with a 30 day phase in period prior to start date of award, which consist of a one year base period and four one-year options. The NAICS for this procurement is 561210 and the size standa rd is $30.0M. A pre-proposal conference will be held 4 Jan 2006, 10:00AM, Bldg 114, 114 White Ave, 2nd Floor Conference Room, Fort Hamilton NY 11252. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be actively reg istered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov.
