Maintenance Agreement for the NT Intel Cognos ReportNet Administrator Standard Support Renewal, NT Intel Cognos ReportNet Test/Quaity Control Environment Standard Suppo rt Renewal; and NT Intel Cognos ReportNet Professional Author Named User, Standard Support Renewal for one year. Cognos Corporation is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and maintains proprietary rights for the replacement parts and software compone nts. This award is subject to the availability of funds. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Cognos Corporation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 811212 and the size standard is $ 21. million dollars in average annual receipts over the last three years. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This data must be sufficient enough to allow the government to evaluate the information relative to the above requirements. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 12:00 Noon, Eastern Standard Time, November 7, 2005. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers.
