- Management and Training Corporation is soliciting cost proposals from a qualified health professional to provide subcontracted services to students (16-24 yrs old) at the Atlanta Job Corps Center. Cost proposals are being accepted for the following position: Psychiatrist. Subcontract listed will be awarded for the period covering January 1,2006 through November 30,2006, with three option years. All services will be performed on site at the Atlanta Job Corps Center.
