- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to modify purchase order number DJDEA-NJ-06-0017 for twenty (20) parking spaces for an additional ten (10) months for the period of 12/01/0 5 -09/30/06 in Newark, NJ. This is an anticipated sole source modification to Edison Parking Garage, under the authority 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 531312. The small business size is $1.5 million. The proposed requirement is for parking services for additional months in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one responsible source under authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), ?Soliciting from a Single Source.? A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
