- The Plumas National Forest intends to solicit services for compiling community-level Socioeconomic Indicators for areas contained in the project area including, but not limited to the communities of Susanville, Westwood, Chester, Quincy, Greenville, Loyalton, Portola, Burney, and Bieber in Lassen, Plumas, and Sierra Counties and in the peripheral areas of Butte, Nevada, Shasta, Tehama, and Yuba counties. This includes a base year and four (4) option years. The solicitation will be available for electronic download on or about Nov. 14, 2005.
