Contractor to provide services to inspect each structure on the installation for the presence of asbestos containing building materials at the Defense Supply Center Richmond, Richmond, VA. The contractor is to create a data base of the results. All work is to be done at the Defense Supply Center Richmond, Richmond, VA. This solicitation will be awarded as a firm-fixed price contract.
