The TDP will only be released to Export Control Certified requestors. Eligible requestors should submit TDP requests via the following website: https://ric1s-c025.dscr.dla.mil.tdmd. If export control certification is required, request a DD From 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, from Defense Logistics Services Center at: www.dlis.dla.mil. Indefinite Delivery Contract (IQC) with Base year plus four (4) option years. Estimated Annual Quantity: 576 each. Guaranteed minimum quantity: 144 each. Maximum annual contract quantity: 1,152 each. Minimum per delivery order: 144 each. Maximum per delivery order: 576 each. FOB at destination Inspection/Acceptance at origin. The solicitation issue date is 23 November 2005.
