- Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision required to rebuild Keweenaw WW South Range LT (LLNR 14820), U.S. Coast Guard Station Portage, Dollar Bay, MI. Work includes but is not limited to the following: Remove and salvage the existing navigational tower for reuse. Demolish and remove the existing concrete foundation in its entirety. Underlying support piles shall be cut and the concrete block foundation shall be removed in one piece. Piles shall be extracted to the extent possible or cut off 3 ft below the mud line. Survey and position the new light structure, Fabricate and install new steel collar foundation. Install the tower and connect with anchor bolts. The prime contractor shall perform at a minimum, 15% of the labor at the job site with employees from its own workforce. The NAICS is 237990 size standard $28.5M. The estimated range is $100,000 - $250,000.00. This procurement is a total HUBZone set-aside. Performance Period is 105 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. A Bid Bond is required. A Plan Holders or Bidders List is NOT available from this office. The IVL (Interested Vendors List) has been enabled. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS.
