- This is a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) #PR-W101-RFI. This is not a formal solicitation or a request for proposals. This RFI is for information and planning purposes only and not to be construed as a commitment by the U. S. Government or the DHS Purchasing Activity. The U. S. Coast Guard Defense Homeland Security is seeking sources capable of provideing Wood Hull Vessel Training for Commercial Fishing Vessels Examiners and Boarding Officer at Training Center Yorktown, Yorktown, VA. Sources shall provide information regarding the responders status as a Small, Women-Owned, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, HubZone, Small Disadvantage Veteran-Owned, business etc., is requested. This notice is an attempt to determine the availability and capability of a supplier to provide such training in 30 days or less. Sources capable of providing this service defined above are encouraged to respond by providing their Company Name, Points of Contact, E-mail address, Phone number, and copy Training Curriculum.
