- Description
- This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC anticipates issuing a contract for the purchase of Countermeasures Control, NSN: 5865-00-007-6950EW, P/N 578R611H04, applicable to ALQ-184. First Article requirements will apply for this acquisition. The production quantity will be awarded as an option in incremental quantity ranges between 1-101. The effort will also contain two out-year options with incremental ranges of 1-141 for out-year option one and 1-120 for out-year option two. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with full and open competition. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified below for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. Note 26 applies.
