- Arcata Associates, Inc. (Arcata/UNITeS) performing under Prime Contract NNM044AA02C, intends to negotiate only with Steeple Technologies for sustaining "WEBTADS" (a NASA Time and Attendance Application) Software Engineering Support in support of the Integrated Enterprise Management (IEM) Program. It is intended under this pending solicitation to acquire the required services under a multi-year agreement consisting of a 12 month base period (beginning 1 January 2006) with two (2) option periods ending 31 December 2008. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; as Proposals are being requested per the attached Cover Letter, Request for Proposal (RFP) and Statement of Work (SOW) which are located in the attached WORD 9.0.Interested firms have until the close of business 4:00PM, 15 November 2005 to submit their proposal to the identified point of contact. Business and/or Technical questions regarding this acquisition must be submitted no later than 8 November 2005. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this internet site for the release of solicitation amendments and/or clarifying questions and answers.
