- U.S. GOVERNMENT NOTE OF PROPOSED SUPERSEDING LEASE REQUIREMENT: The United States Government currently has under lease 16,947 rsf of office and related space in Orlando, FL, and plans to negotiate a superseding lease with 12,145 rsf of expansion space at the existing location for a new total of 29,092 rsf. The Government will consider relocation if economic and other factors determine an alternative space to be advantageous to the Government. Consideration factors include all tenant improvement costs, moving costs, telecommunications relocation costs, agency special requirements, and the buy-out of the current lease. LOCATION: Space must be located South of 528, East of Boggy Creek Road, West of 15, and North of 417. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: The lease term will be ten (10) years firm. Occupancy is desired as soon as possible, but not later than March 1, 2006. OWNERS & AGENTS: To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by November 9, 2005.
