- The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 7,139 rentable square feet in McComb, Mississippi within the following delineated area: North - Smithdale Road West - Cherokee Drive South - Delaware Avenue East - Marion Avenue The space should yield a minimum of 6,263 BOMA usable square feet. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than August 2006. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
