- NAICS Code: 812930 Subject: Request for Quotation RFQ-DC-06-00033 Date: November 1, 2005 The United Stated Environmental Protection Agency, Office of Acquisition Management, Headquarters Procurement Operations Division is seeking a business capable of providing twelve (12) RESERVED parking spaces for U.S. EPA Criminal Investigation Division Agents for a twelve month period. The twelve (12) RESERVED parking spaces must be within a two (2) block radius from the Ronald Reagan Building located at 1200 Pennsylvania Ave., NW, Washington DC 20460. Parking for these vehicles need to be in close proximity of the office for quick departure for investigation of environmental crimes, gathering of evidence, and meetings at U.S. Attorneys' Office and other Federal, State, and Local Departments. Covered parking is also a requirement for the twelve (12) RESERVED parking spaces due to law enforcement vehicles having expensive law enforcement equipment installed. Having the vehicles out of sight would help reduce any breaking and entering which could cause extensive damage to the vehicle as well as to the equipment. Access to the parking area is required at ALL TIMES (24 hours per day). The anticipated period of performance is from the date of award to September 30, 2006. The contractor must be registered on the Central Contractor Registration website (www.ccr.gov). All quotes must be inclusive of taxes/fees (warranties).
