- ALL REQUESTS SHALL BE ON YOUR COMPANY LETTERHEAD WITH NAME, ADDRESS, TELEPHONE NUMBER, FAX NUMBER, POINT OF CONTACT, AND SOLICITATION NUMBER; PLEASE NO EMAILS. The Naval Special Warfare Command, Detachment Annapolis has a requirement for the following: Customized Power Supply to the previous revision of the XP2162 300Vdc to 28Vdc High Power Converter. The system is a modular approach, which is self cooling by virtue of internally mounted and powered fans. The system shall be packaged in a splash proof carry case and supplied with mating cables, making the system ready to use. These modifications to the design have been precipitated by a request for an increase of power capability and include changes to the chassis, fans, heat sink and power modules. No NRE shall be request for the modification. The manufacturer is Prime Power 1 Owens Court, Hampstead, NH 03841. This contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days after date of publication of this synopsis shall be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice or received as a result of a notice of intent shall normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. NO ORAL REQUEST OR QUESTIONS SHALL BE HONORED. ALL FORMS SHALL BE COMPLETELY FILLED OUT AND RETURNED WITH BID. FAILURE TO DO SO SHALL DEEM BID TO BE UNACCEPTABLE AND SHALL BE REJECTED WITHOUT NOTICE.
