Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with the MOOG Components Group, Springfield Operations, 750 West Sproul Road, Springfield, PA 19064-4084 for C-2 engine gauges. To mitigate aircraft down time, the gauges are required to be ready for installation no later than July 2006 in support of the C-2 Communications, Navigation, Surveillance/Air Traffic Management (CNS/ATM) cockpit instrumentation panel upgrade effort. The MOOG Componments Group has the requisite knowledge, skills and ability to manufacture form, fit and function equivalent components and is uniquely qualified to fulfill the Government?s requirements within current budget and time constraints.
