- North Cascades National Park intends to make a fixed price sole source award to KE Ness & Sons Logging, Astoria, OR in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(i). This non-competitive action is being issued by North Cascades National Park, Sedro-Woolley, WA, for rehabilitation of Ness Road which is located on Lewis & Clark National Historical Park, Astoria, OR. Mr. Ness is the owner of the property and the park has legislative righst to it. Therefore, this road can be rehabbed at a substantial savings to the government. The cost of this effort is $24,045. and the period of performance is 11/15/2005 thru 06/30/2006. The intent of this synopsis is for informational purposes only. This is NOT a request for competitive quotes. However, all information received within fifteen (15) days of this notice will be considered by the Government.
