- Description
- The work consists essentially of building and grounds maintenance for five flood control projects in North Central Ohio. (1) Mohawk Dam, Warsaw, Ohio, (2) North Branch Kokosing, Fredericktown, Ohio, (3) Charles Mill Lake, Lucas, Ohio, (4) Mohicanvil le Dam, Lakeville, Ohio, and (5) Pleasant Hill Lake, Perrysville, Ohio. Approximate time of performance will be for a base year (2006)with four additional year option periods. All responsive proposals will be evaluated utilizing the following factors: (A )Past performance, (B)Management plan, (C)Equipment, and (D)Price. Contract type will be an Indefinite Delivery Contract, competitively negotiated. Award will be made as a whole to the offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and is within a T echnical/Price competitive range. A pre-proposal conference is tentatively scheduled for December 1, 2005 at 9:00 A.M. at Mohawk Dam. Total contract shall not exceed $400,000.00. This solicitation can only be received by registering on line at WWW.LRH.U SACE.ARMY.MIL/EBS. Afterwards, you may download the solicitation at the aforementioned web site on or about November 15, 2005. This proposed procurement is 100% small business set aside.
