Description

The Government anticipates entering into a sole source procurement with Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control-Orlando, MP-228, 5600 Sand Lake Road, Orlando, Florida 32819-8907 to acquire on an other than full and open competitive basis, Engineeri ng Technical services by the assignment of Contractor Technical Services (CETS) and Logistics Technical Services (LETS) technicians on location and in support of the Apache Target Acquisition Designation Sight/Pilot Night Vision Sensor (TADS/PNVS) and Elec tro-Optic Bench (EOB) systems and components at various US Army installations in the Continental United Sales (CONUS) and outside the Continental United States (OCONUS). The period of performance is 1 January-31 December 2006. This requirement is under t he authority and justification of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) based on the determination that the Government needs can only be satisfied by one source. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. There is no technical da ta package.
