Description
THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. Solicitations are not available at this time. This sources sought notice is issued by the United States Military Academy to determine potential business sources capable of providing Professional Services for the United States Military Academy (USMA) located at West Point, NY. Professional services are required to oversee the development of Peak Performance Centers (PPC) at Walter Reed Army Medical Center; Fort Hood; and Fort Jackson. Requirements include but are not limited to Lead and supervise a team of 25-30 skilled trainers and technicians in executing the strategy of the West Point Center for Enhanced Performance (CEP) Army Lifelong Peak Performance initiative; Execute the strategy of the West Point Center for Enhanced Performance (CEP) Army Lifelong Peak Performance initiative by providing individual and group training/coaching in peak performance mastery skills and facilitating group learning to Army, DA Civilian and Army family groups using the sam e frameworks, methods, and training technologies being used at the West Point Center. Training includes concepts and techniques that include relaxation, stress management, biofeedback, attention control, visualization and imagery, attitude and attitude ch ange, group dynamics and team building, goal setting, and human learning and performance; In conjunction with the CEP, develop and implement marketing/communication strategies to drive awareness and effective utilization of the PPC throughout the installat ion; Communicate effectively with the installation liaison(s), providing frequent information updates regarding the status of PPC initiatives and work; Support integration of PPC with other leadership initiatives; Effectively manage administrative responsi bilities such as financial expenditures, ongoing training, research and consultation practices of the PPC; Establish and report to the CEP on the effectiveness/progress of PPC initiatives; implement data collection methods for both quantitative and qualita tive program evaluation; Research trends and best practices in performance psychology and applies learning to enhance the services of the PPC; Acquire the knowledge to assist in the basic operation of Americas Army software and incorporate this training i nto the program per specific guidelines; Establish strong, collaborative relationships with Units and Installation personnel to ensure that practices and technologies of the PPC align with desired military outcomes; Understand the general strategies, custo mers, operations, and culture of installation units and personnel. Apply this knowledge in the work with participants to make the PPC an integrated, professional development experience in the context of military operations; Make recommendations for improv ements to processes, facilities, scheduling and other logistical elements of all aspects of PPC operations to the CEP Director; Perform routine operational duties of the PPCmaintain records/files; establish and use appropriate security measures to ensure confidentiality of client data and safeguard equipment/technology; Accountable to the Center for Enhanced Performance at West Point; provide a peak performance program for Soldiers and families with a systematic way to master lifelong skills only achieved by routine use, self-regulation and continued practice; Identify adequate building space at specified locations for Peak Performance Training facilities; Ensure progress is in accordance with schedule; Develop multiple skill level courses; PPC develops me tric system using Americas Army data base to measure success/impact of mental skills training for Soldiers/families; Provide trainers, administrators and Audio/Video specialist for Peak Performance Centers; Conduct trainer certification process; Include S imulation Stations and Virtual World System from Americas Army at every Center except WRAMC; Provide Broadband Internet for Americas Army capable of transferr ing large amounts of data; Ensure Peak Performance Centers conform to USMAs Center for Enhanced Performance; Provide instruction to military families; The Peak Performance Center requires 2,500-3,000 square feet/12 training stations; The location selected for the Peak Performance Center must be approved by the respective Senior Mission Commander/Garrison Commander. USMA seeks to determine the existence of business sources capable of performing the work as a prime contractor for this requirement.
