- Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision, administration and management necessary to perform all work required by this Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Basewide Mechanical/Electrical projects at Robins AFB GA. This is a competitive hubzone set aside procurement. The government anticipates award of multiple firm fixed price IDIQ contracts. Task orders to be issued against the contracts will consist of mechanical and electrical type projects. During the contract period, the Base Civil Engineer will identify mechanical/electrical tasks required to complete each specific job and the Contracting Officer will issue individual task orders to the contractor to complete those jobs. No government furnished office space will be provided. The performance period of each contract will consist of a one-year basic period and four one-year option periods. The guaranteed minimum contract amount will be $25,000.00 for each contract and the combined aggregate maximum amount till be no more than $25,000,000.00. Individual task orders will vary in size with a minimum order of $2,000.00 and a maximum task order of $500,000.00. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238220 with a size standard of $12M. Contract award will be based on best value, using performance-price trade-off (PPT) procedures. The official copy of the solicitation will not be provided on compact disk (CD-ROM) or paper. To be eligible for contract award, prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Register via the CCR website at http:www.ccr.gov/. The estimated issue date of the solicitation is 22 Nov 2005, with an estimated 60 calendar day response period.
