Description
REPAIR F101-102 PYROMETER. A requirements contract for one basic year and 3 option years is contemplated. Item 0001: Remanufacture F101-102 Pyrometer. Input/Output NSN 6685-01-147-8369JF, P/N: 1334M74P02 and/or P/N: 8TP2AAA1. Item 0002: Data Report G009. Applicable to: F101 engines, B-2 aircraft. Destn: Tinker Air Force Base OK 73145-3032. Delivery: Item 0001: BASIC YEAR: 3 EA per month starting 30days ARO and receipt of repairable assets. OPTION YEAR I: 1 EA per month starting 30days ARO and receipt of repairable assets. OPTION YEAR II: 1 EA per month starting 30days ARO and receipt of repairable assets. OPTION YEAR III: 1 EA per month starting 30days ARO and receipt of repairable assets. Item 0002: IAW CDRL. Item Description: Pyrometer is composed of sensor lens and tube with a diameter of 1.25 inches, and mounting flange with a diameter of 2.5 inches. The overall length is 12.85 inches. Function: The pyrometer is an infrared radiation-sensing device consisting of a sight tube, lens assembly and electronics package that are used for sensing/reading turbine blade temperatures. Material: Steel Alloy. The approximate solicitation issue date is 15 NOV 2005 and the estimated solicitation response date will be 15 DEC 2005. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation through FedBizOps at http://www.eps.gov/. Approved Source is AMETEK Inc., Aerospace, Wilmington, MA 01887-2146. THIS REPAIR IS EXPORT CONTROLLED. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation that shall be considered. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1), Justification: Supplies (or Services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible soure(s) and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
