- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, streamlined procedures for evaluation and solicitation for commercial items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be posted but emailed upon request. This solicitation, FA9401-06-T-0002, is a request for quotation. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 611710 and the small business size is 6 million. This is advertised as 100% Set-aside for Historically Black Colleges and Universities/Minority Institutions (HBCU/MI). Non-Personal Service to provide the following: The contractor shall provide education, training, and testing services in accordance with the Statement of Work to support of the USAF Combat Rescue Officer/Para rescue School Emergency Medical Technician Program at Det 1, 342 TRS, Kirtland AFB, NM. Contractor shall sponsor the United States Air Force Emergency Medical Technician Basic (EMT-B) and Paramedic (EMT-P) Course (USAF) EMT Course) for the purpose of receiving recognition as an approved emergency services training program from New Mexico State Joint Organization of Education (JOE) and accreditation by the Committee on Accreditation of Educational Programs for the Emergency Medical Services Professions (CoAEMSP). FOB: Destination for services to be performed at Kirtland AFB, NM. The performance period will consist of a base year, 15 Dec 05- 14 Nov 06 and four subsequent option years. All interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 and 252.232-7009. CCR can be accessed at www.ccr.gov or by calling 1-888-227-2423. The CCR registration must be completed before award can be made. All interested parties must also be registered with Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) in accordance with IAW DFARS 252.232-7003, Electronic Submission of Payment Requests (Dec 2003).
