- This is a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed contract to SFA, Inc., 20 S. Wisner Street, Frederick, MD for the following: Mfg: SFA - Eighteen (18) each, Chemically Protected Expeditionary Latrine System, Part# 46110000-4; Eighteen (18) each, CPELs Spare/Repair Kit, for AFMSA/SGSLW, KELLY USA, 601 Davy Crockett Road, Bldg. 1534, San Antonio, TX 78226. This acquisition will be accomplished using commercial item procedures in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 and accordance with FAR 6.302-1, for Other Than Full & Open Competition. This notice is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on response to this notice is sole within the discretion of the Government.
