Description

escription: The Consolidated Contracting Activity (CCA) of VISN 21 in San Francisco VA Medical Center intends to solicit for Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling Services for the VA Pacific Island Healthcare System, Honolulu, Hawaii. Contractor must provide counseling interviews, administration of vocational and educational tests, and other methods of evaluation for the purpose of assisting: (a) in selecting an educational or training objective; (b) in developing a suitable program of education or training; (c) in selecting an educational institution or training establishment; (d) in resolving any personal problems which are likely to interfere with the successful pursuit of a program and (e) in selecting an employment objective for the veterans. The contract period will consist of base year with four year options to renew. This procurement will be set-aside for Total Small Business. The NAICS code is 624310 with $6.0 mil. The electronic solicitation may be available for downloading on http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/cgi-bin/WebObjects/BosPublic.woa, o/a November 15, 2005. The offeror is responsible for downloading all amendments and other documents from the BOS website without further notices from the San Francisco VA Medical Center.
