- The Consolidated Contracting Activity (CCA) of VISN 21 in San Francisco VA Medical Center intends to solicit for Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling for the VA Pacific Island Healthcare System, Honolulu, Hawaii. The place of performance will be the American Samoa Island. Contractor must provide all services and assistance necessary to enable eligible veterans with service-connected disabilities to achieve maximum independence in daily living and to the maximum extent feasible to become employable and to obtain and maintain suitable employment. The contract period will consist of base year with four year options to renew. This procurement will be set-aside for Total Small Business. The NAICS code is 624310 with $6.0 mil.
