- Description
- The National Institutes of Health intends to negotiate on a sole source basis under FAR Part 12, Acquisition for Commercial Items, and will be made pursuant to the authority in FAR 13.5, the Test Program for Certain Commercial Items with the Brandywine Construction and Management, Inc., 1521 Locust Street, Suite 400, Philadelphia, PA 19102. The provided services are commercial in nature as defined in FAR Part 2. The total contracted dollar amount will not exceed $5 million. Brandywine Construction and Management, Inc. is the only known source capable of providing the required supplies and services. This action is under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1), as set forth in FAR Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. This requirement is to provide 118 parking spaces per month at 6006 Executive Blvd., Rockville, MD. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals to the Contract Specialist by November 8 at 3PM EST. This acquisition will be processed under FAR Part 12, Acquisition for Commercial Items, and will be made pursuant to the authority in FAR 13.5, the Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed purchase order based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
