Description

You are invited to bid on the following government surplus property (cradle, Boat) located at Silver Ships, Theodore, Alabama. Item name: Cradle, Boat. End item identification 1940011055728. General Characteristics Item Description, Utilized for United Kingdom Combat support boat (MK1 and MK2 BEB Slep). National Stock Number 2090-01-106-9789 (see attached picture). Total quantity is 26 with original acquisition value of $183,430.00 The inventory is being offered as one lot "as is, where is" and the condition is A4 "used.? Removal of the property will be at the purchaser's expense and are responsible for arranging transportation. Successful bidders must make payment in the form of a cashier's check or money order within 5 days after award made payable to the Treasurer of the United States. Awards will not be approved for any bidder entered on the List of Parties Excluded from Procurement, available at website http://epls.arnet.gov. Silver Ships shall not be liable for property damaged or personal injury to equipment or personnel of Successful Bidder or third persons subject property by Successful Bidder hereunder, and Successful Bidder agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Silver Ships, it's officers, employees and agent from any loss, cost damage, expense or liability of any nature or kind by reason of property damage or personal injury, whether to Silver Ships property or personnel or to the equipment or personnel of Successful Bidder or of third persons, in connection with such inspection, or removal of the property by Successful Bidder. Successful Bidder further agrees to maintain, and to cause any carrier designated by Successful Bidder to remove such property to maintain public liability and property damage insurance in reasonable amounts to cover the obligations set forth above.
