Description

The Defense Energy Support Center intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Computer Corporation of America (CCA), 500 Old Connecticut Path, Framingham, MA 01701 for software changes to an existing installation of Version 6.1 of Model 204. This effort will provide a password security module within code that is proprietary software of CCA. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source. Companies who can provide the above listed modification to the program must indicate their interest in writing by the response date stated in this notice. Estimated date of award is November 18, 2005. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered for evaluating the determination to issue a sole source purchase order.
