- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside for small business only. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 334516 , Size Standard 500 employees. Solicitation/Purchase Request number F2BBAM5292A200 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-06 effective 30 September 2005. The Government intends to award one contract line item number (CLIN 0001) NIST Traceable 1000 Watt Spectral Irradiance (SEE REQUIREMENTS) . QUANTITY: 1 UNIT OF MEASURE: EACH. DESIRED DELIVERY DATE: By 25 NOVEMBER 2005 FOB: DESTINATION. Inspection and acceptance: DESTINATION . The Lamp must meet the following REQUIREMENTS: - Type: Tungsten-Halogen in Quartz Envelope - 1000 Watts - Operating Current - 8.0 Amperes DC - Calibration Range - 250 - 2500nm - Nominal Illuminance - 800 footcandles - Long Term Stability - equal to or plus 1% (for 50 hrs usage) - Calibration Transfer Uncertainty - equal to or plus 0.5% - Programmable DC Constant Current Source - Current Accuracy - 0.01% at 8.0 Amperes - Stability < plus 10ppm after 20 minutes - User programmable memory to record and display operating current and current limit - Simultaneous display of lamp current, voltage and wattage - Display resolution o Current: 0.001 Ampere o Voltage: 0.01 Volts o Wattage: 0.1 Watt - Lamp calibration report stating calibration traceable to NIST - Lamp supply certificate of calibration stating calibration traceability to NIST - Lamp description and operating parameters pre-programmed into lamp supply memory.
