Description

Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required for rehabilitation of the sewage treatment plant, USCG SFO Eastern Shore, Chincoteague, VA. Major work items include the following: (Pump and Haul) Install pump and haul equipment upstream of the influent pump station; setup to haul influent sewage to a licensed facility on a scheduled basis to a licensed dump station; (Influent pump station and valve vault ) Clean, paint and refurbish the influent pump station; (Treatment Plant) Clean, paint and refurbish the treatment plant; (System startup) Remove pump and haul equipment, startup and checkout system, re-seed WWTP activated sludge, confirm effluent meets permit requirements, and update operations manual for removal of chemical feed system. This procurement is estimated between $100K and $250K. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS is 237110/$28.5M. Completion time is 120 DANTP.
