- Description
- The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is seeking potential qualified 8(a) sources interested in performing science and technology services in support of HUD's Office of Healthy Homes as detailed in the draft Statement of Work (SOW). Interested vendors may view an initial draft of the SOW at HUD's Contracting Opportunities page on the Internet at http://www.hud.gov/offices/cpo/contract/phi00896.cfm. HUD intends to competitively procure the services between 8(a) sources. The resultant awards will be indefinite quantity contracts with terms of five years. HUD has determined to solicit these services as an 8(a) set-aside procurement. For purposes of determining size status NAICS code 541620 - Environmental Consulting Services, with $6 million in average annual receipts will be used. After reviewing the draft SOW, only interested 8(a) parties should provide the required information stated below to the following e-mail address: Alan_B._Ruscoe@hud.gov. With the e-mail notification of interest, interested vendors should provide the following information: 1) Qualifications sufficient to ascertain the vendor may be able to perform the requirements stated in the work statement, including any relevant knowledge and experience. 2) Identification as to the vendor's business size status. Do not submit a company overview or unnecessarily elaborate materials; submissions should not exceed 10 standard pages when printed. Vendors who do not provide the mandatory information will not be considered. Interested parties must respond no later than 4:30 pm Eastern Standard Time, November 13, 2003.
