- Description
- The subject requirement is for the acquisition of 79 NSNs with various item description and end items. The major FSCs of this requirement are: 1005, 1015, 1025, 1055, 1095, 2510, 2520, 2530, 2540, 2590, 2805, 2815, 2910, 2920, 2930, and 2990. The requirement will result in an award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract for which delivery orders may be placed for one (1) year. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. Please note that for some NSNs, JCP Certification may be necessary. See Note(s): 1, 9, 26. Various quantity ranges are applicable. Phased delivery and electronic capability applicable. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of June 28, 2005 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. Please see provision L11D02 –Availability of Drawings for information on how to obtain the drawings. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The Small Business size standard is 1000 employees. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision may be made through a trade-off between price and the non-price factors and based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
