- Description
- The 11th Contracting Squadron intends to solicit for a newly identified contract requirement for TS-EP-R Express Plus Service for REMEDY AR System Software. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items or services necessary to provide licenses to utilize 15 copies of REMEDY software, version 4.0.05.1. License will provide for on-call technical support for solving software problems in accordance with manufacturer’s recommended procedures. This requirement will be solicited on an unrestricted basis for full and open competition. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541511 (SIC 7371) with a size standard of $21.0 Million. All notices and any/all amendments will be posted and available on www.fedbizopps.gov. The Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation either before or after the closing date of the solicitation. The acquisition will be accomplished in accordance with FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. A solicitation will be posted on or about 23 Sep 2005. All prospective offerors interested in submitting proposals must have a Commercial and Governments Entity (CAGE) code and must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 in order to receive award.
