- Description
- RFP 3-JC-046-54 COST PLUS INCENTIVE FEE PROCUREMENT. The Department of Labor, Employment Training and Administration (ETA), Job Corps has a requirement for operating the Charleston Job Corps Center which is located Charleston, West Virginia. The contractor shall operate the aforementioned Job Corps Center which includes provision of academic, vocational, social skills and career development training, and related support services for an estimated total of 400 students categorized as follows: 168__ residential male students, __168___ residential female students, 32_non-residential male students and 32_non-residential female students. The contractor shall provide residential quarters (housing) and services to residential students. The Contractor shall provide Post-Center Career Transition Services annually for _250 graduates and 80 former enrollees returning to West Virginia. There are no Outreach and Admission requirements in this contract. The successful contractor will operate the Charleston Job Corps Center with the services shown above for a two year period beginning 10/01/05 through 9/30/07]. Additionally, the contract will include the Government’s right of three successive one year options. THIS PROCUREMENT IS FULL & OPEN. This procurement will be made in accordance with FAR 215-1 Alternate I which allows for oral presentations. Despite the allowance of oral presentations, written submissions will also be required. The written parts of the proposal are to be received at the Job Corps Region II, Philadelphia Regional Office at 170 S. Independence Mall West [The Curtis Center] Suite 815E, Philadelphia, PA 19106 by 3:00 p.m. LOCAL TIME on 7/3/05. Approximate anticipated date for oral presentation is the week of August 8, 2005. RFP to be issued on or about May 4, 2005. In accordance with FAR 5.102(A)(7), availability of the RFP will be limited to downloading from the Federal Business Opportunity website.
