- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT, General Services Administration; OFFICE AND RELATED SPACE REQUIRED, Lander, Wyoming and Surrounding Area. The Federal Government has a requirement to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 1,500 useable square feet for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Space must be above ground level and capable of being fully accessible to the physically handicapped, must meet minimum seismic requirements, and must not lie within the 100-year flood plain and will be subject to any and all other building or construction rules, regulations, laws and/or ordinances on the local, county, state and federal levels as they may apply. Space must not be within 100 feet of a residential neighborhood. The initial tenant will be the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. Such space shall be ready for occupancy no later than March, 2006. The government is seeking a lease term of five (5) years firm. Space offered must be located within the following delineated area: The City of Lander, the City of Riverton, and Highway 26 in between these cities; also Fremont County north of Lander on Highway 287. Only properties that are contained within these boundaries or which front directly on them and meet or are capable of meeting the above criteria will be considered for this procurement.
