- Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source, under authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services will satisfy the Agency's Requirement. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed award based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determing whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The requirement is to purchase service agreements for equipment manufacturered by Bausch and Lomb. Item #0001: Millenium Phaco Machine QTY: 1 Item #0002: Millenium Hand Piece QTY: 2 Item #0003: Orbscan II QTY: 1. This solicitation will result in the award of one base year contract with four 1-year options (Please call or email for the descriptions and part numbers for the instruments identified on each Line). Interested firms must submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement.
