- NOTICE OF INTENT - Notice of Intent to award single source award to Reid, Stewart, Ph.D., Western Fishes, 2045 East Main St, Ashland, Oregon 97520 to complete report on Cowhead Lake Tui Chub. Dr. Reid has worked with USFWS and other federal agencies extensively in the past. He has spent several year compiling information on this highly localized species in remote area of Oregon. Additionally, Dr. Reid has been permitted to survey habitat on private lands with multiple landowners. Interested parties must submit technical capabilities pricing and other information that demonstrates their ability to meet the Governments needs. This synopsis is no be considered a request for quotations or proposals. No solicitation document is available. No purchase order will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice, but offers will be used to determine if a comparable source is available. This procurement is set aside for small business concerns.
