- USACE, Engineer Research & Development Center / WES proposes to issue a sole source purchase order open market to Weather Services International Corporation DBA WSI Corporation, 400 Minuteman Road, Andover, MA 01810-1093, under authority 10 U.S.C. 23 04 (c)(1) for a service contract for the ENERGYCAST Decision Support Advisor Service Package for the period on or about November 1, 2005 through September 30, 2006 plus four option years. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to re spond to the requirement or submit a quote. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all quotes received by the closing date of solicitation will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to co mpete this action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion to the Government. Synopsis published for information purposes only.
