- This is to announce the intent to do a Sole Source buy to bridge Enterprise Information Management, Inc. (EIM) for six months for continued program mangement services to the Army Publishing's Forms Content Management Program (FCMP). It is critical t o the success of this program to maintain continuity of operations. This action is required for a short-term, six months, because the Army fully intends to award this contract using full and open competition before the bridge contract expires.
