- This is a Request for Information, the Government does not presently intend to award a contract but wants to obtain price, delivery and other market information, or capabilities for planning purposes. Responses to this notice is not an offer and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. If a contract is sought in the future the normal RFP procedures will be followed per FAR part 12 with regard for the acquisition of commercial items.
