This is a competitive acquisition for all labor, tools, equipment, materials, vehicles, administration, and testing for the transport and disposal of coal ash daily from two facilities at Wright-Patterson AFB OH. A further request for proposal (RFP) may or may not be issued. The United States Air Force, 88th CONS, Wright-Patterson AFB OH, is contemplating the procurement of SERVICES TO REMOVE FLYASH. The draft performance work statement (PWS) is attached. Any part of the PWS, including appendixes, may be modified or removed during or after this announcement closes. The associated NAICS code is 562111; SIC is 4212; and FSC is J044. The small business size standard is $10,500,000. Firms responding should indicate if they are a large, small, socially and economically disadvantaged, or woman owned business. The general definition of a small business is one that is independently owned and operated, is not dominant in the field of operation in which it is proposing on Air Force contracts. Small business respondents should provide information on the services they propose in order to assist the Air Force in making a set-aside decision.
