Description

The contractor will provide the services of one (1) Performance Improvement Coordinator for the Tomah VA Medical Center located at 500 East Veterans Street, Tomah, WI 54660. Anticipated period of performance is November 1, 2005 through December 23, 2005. Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract. Only one award will be made. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541990, size standard $6.0 Million. NOTE(S): THIS REQUIREMENT IS URGENT AND COMPELLING, SO OFFERS RECEIVED PRIOR TO DATE FOR RECEIPT OF OFFERS WILL BE EVALUATED UPON RECEIPT.
