- The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) which will solicit proposals to support ambulatory care accreditation survey services, related logistical coordination, and accreditation preparation assistance for Federally-supported health centers. Specific tasks include: providing technical assistance and logistical coordination of accreditation survey services for Federally-supported health centers; providing initial accreditation services to Federally-supported health centers; providing reaccreditation services to Federally-supported health centers; collecting, aggregating, and analyzing Initiative data; and providing educational training for surveyors and health centers. The solicitation will result in a cost reimbursement type contract. The anticipated period of performance is a twelve (12) month Basic period and two (2) twelve (12) month Option periods (total 36 months). This is a follow-on requirement to Contract Number 232-02-0002 (sole source) and is a full and open competitive acquisition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541690 ?All Other Business Support Services? and the small business size in dollars is $6M.
