- THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR HORIZONTAL VIBRATION SYSTEM. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. Companies who have already submitted an offer that they do not wish to modify do not need to respond to this amendment or resubmit their offer. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to modify section 2.1.1 of the Statement of Work (SOW). Changes to the SOW are vertically bar-marked on the left. These changes can be viewed at http://procurement.jsc.nasa.gov/NNJ05118394Q/SOW.doc The due date for receipt of offers is extended to 10/28/2005.
