- The Defense Commissary Agency is awarding a service contract with wage rates to Military Produce Group to perform services for receiving orders for overseas shipments and providing containers and properly packaging for compliance with the European Union Pinewood Nematode treatment requirements and delivering the packages to an air terminal located in Norfolk VA for shipment. This contract is awarded for a period of four months due to an urgent and compelling requirement. The Defense Commissary Agency will seek sources and issue a competitive solicitation for a 1 year base contract plus two one-year option periods on or about November 21, 2005.
