- Correction to the posting, Combined Synopsis/Solicitation GS-03P-06-QMC-0007 dated October 7, 2005 and the Amendment to the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation GS-03P-06-QMC-0007 dated October 13, 2005. This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation GS-03P-06-QMC-0007-A supercedes the posting of solicitation GS-03P-06-QMC-0007 dated October 7, 2005 and amendmant dated October 13, 2005. Correcting Classification Code from P to Classification Code S Correcting NAICS Code from 562111 to NAICS Code 562219 Anticipated start date of December 1, 2005 will change to start date February 1, 2006 The Pre-proposal and Walk-thru will be Thursday, November 17, 2005 at 10 a.m., at the Richmond Federal Office Building, 400 North 8th Street, Room 466, Richmond, VA 23240. Proposal Due date is Thursday, December 1, 2005 by 5 p.m at GSA, Richmond Federal Office Building, 400 North 8th Street, Room 466, Richmond, VA 23240 A copy of the Solicitation No. GS-03P-06-QMC-0007-A can be requested by e-mail - helen.harper@gsa.gov, or fax 215 446-6053 only, on or before November 7, 2005 TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL NOT BE HONORED. Trash removal services are required for the three Federal Buildings in Richmond Virginia. The services include but not limited to removal of approximately fourteen (14) cubic yards of trash and debris (at the Richmond Federal Office Building) from a contractor furnished 34 cubic yard self-contained compactor on an 'as needed' basis, Monday through Friday (except federal holidays), removal of approximately 8 cubic yards of trash and debris (at the Lewis F Powell Courthouse and Annex) from contractor furnished detachable container on a daily basis, Monday through Friday (except federal holidays), and debris and/or wood removal on an 'as needed' basis. The period of performance for this contract will be (1) base year and three (3) optionyears each one (1) year in length. The anticipated start date is February 1, 2006. Firms that compete for this acquisitionmust be able to meet the requirements outlined in the request for Proposal. Small Business Set-aside
