- AMOUNT: The U S Government is seeking to lease existing office space, wwith a minimum of 1,049 to a maximum of 1,206 square feet of contigious space on a single floor. LOCATION: Space must be located within the Central Business Area (CBA) and the specific delineated area below. If space can not be locaed within the CBA the Government will give consideration within the city limits. The designated boundaries are: NORTH: (From West to East beginning at the intersection of Hwy 54 and Farrington Rd). Highway 54 to Hope Valley Road to Woodcroft Parkway to Fayetteville Rd, to Martin Luther King Parkway to Cornwallis Rd, to Alexander Dr, to South Miami Blvd. SOUTH: (From West to East beginning at the intersection of Farrington Rd, and Stagecoach Rd). Stagecoach Rd to Garrett Rd to Massey Chapel Rd to Barbee Rd to Hwy 54 south to Apex Hwy to TW Alexander Dr to Alston Hopson Ave to South Miami Blvd. EAST: South Miami Blvd, West: Farrington Rd. All services, utilities, supplies partitioning and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental. All property must be within the delineated area. Term: Occupancy is required not later than November 15, 2006. The lease term will be for 10 years, 5 years firm. Owners and Agents: To sumbit a location for inspection, contact this office in writing via fax,e-mail, or US Mail by Monday, October 31, 2005, 4PM. Please include common area factor for available space by floor, if applicable. Submissions by any party other than the owner or manager of the property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting authorization to make a general offering of the space.
